Mountains 2 Meadows is an in-home Private Chef experience tailored to your party by Chef AJ Schmidt. Chef makes custom menus based on in season flavors with rotating menus with options for dietary / allergy preferences as well. Everything will be provided for you from menus to shopping to cooking/serving and ending with clean up. With 10 years of professional experience in the culinary world, I have worked in various types of restaurant settings and have a wide range of cuisines and skills.
